Emulator 2012
Hi everyone
We are excited to take our first steps today to start planning Emulator 2012. More information will be available as soon as we can confirm some details but be sure of one thing… we are coming back bigger and better this year!

Congratulations to Alistair Doulin!
Last night Alistair took out the IGDA Trophy in the Independant Game Designers Association Arcade Battle.
Alistair took out the trophey in a competition where each entrant had a 5 minute time limit on Donkey Kong, Pac-Man and Galaga. Runners up were Matt Ditton and Morgan Jaffit (two very experienced game players and designers in their own right).
Game prizes were donated by our fantastic sponsors Sega Studios Australia and All Age Gaming
Did You Know?
We have 3 Championship Machines at Emulator 2011 – Donkey Kong, Pac-Man and Galaga.
If you hold the highest score on one of these machines by 6pm Friday 30th September you will win the championship trophy for that machine + some sweet prizes!

Emulator: Now Open!!
We are now open!
Come on down and have a look, play some games and enter for prizes. We are open daily from 9am – 5pm and if you can’t make that – check our calendar of events for night sessions.
Don’t forget the offical opening night party this Friday at 6pm!
Opening Night Special Guest: Dot.AY
We are very excited to announce a special performance at Emulator by local DJ: Dot.AY
“Dot.AY is a no holds barred assault of Game Boy bass from Brisbane, Australia. Delivering an oxymoronic live show of music that is simultaneously dark, brooding, humorous and uplifting in an all round interactive electronic party.”
The official opening night party will be held at Emulator on Friday 23rd September from 6pm. The games will be in full swing, the bar will be open and there will be finger food (if you get there early enough).
Come and see the artwork, buy a raffle ticket and try and reach the highest score on our challenge machines (some sweet prizes and trophies await our winner).
